Returns Policy
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from larafanuli.com in original new condition with tags and liners attached within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Please note all items marked final sale can only be returned for store credit.
Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
How Do I Start My Return?

STEP ONE.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@larafanuli.com stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return and if you would like a refund or a credit note. To exchange an item, please let us know and we will check availability of stock.

STEP TWO.
You will receive a returns authorisation number (RA#) and form. Without this number the return will not be accepted. Please return within 7 days of receiving your RA#.
This applies to both national and international returns. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a trackable method and provide the tracking details to Lara Fanuli Swim.

STEP THREE.
Post back to the address provided below. Returns and Exchanges is at the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to accept drop offs. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

- STEP FOUR. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process from when the item arrives at Lara Fanuli Swim to the credit appearing in your bank account. We will refund the value of the item via the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a refund or a credit note. If your returning item(s) is non-refundable you will receive a Store Credit Note, via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with 1-year validity (and not redeemable in cash). Lara Fanuli Swim reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted. Sales Policy
- Sale period items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, unless the item is faulty. Orders can be returned for store credit only.
- Sale periods- please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
- Due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods- if wrong items are ordered during sale periods we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment.
- If your order is shipped before your customer service email is checked it is the customers responsibility to return the incorrect items purchased.
- Once a sale order is placed we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.
